LA88 Bayview Apartment I

- Good location - Quick response from the host

- Several doors can't look from inside and wenn someone closes it from outside (like a kid can do) you can't get out any more. - Every night an very bad nicotine or weed smell in the bed- and bathroom from the neighbors. - Stones falling from the roof on the balcony (and car on the street) - After booking we asked for an second baby bed witch was confirmed by the host. when we arrived there was only one baby bed. - No clear instructions by the host (like how we can put on the warm water in the shower - button turned out to be under the tv- and the pick-up times for the garbage). - Televisions are not working (no cable signal) - Very weak wifi-signal - The handle from the water tab in the kitchen was loose (fell of évery time of using) - The dishwasher fell forward wenn both drawers were out (it was not constructed) - There was not enough tableware and cups for the group of people the apartment is for. - The miror in one bathroom is broke - No bed lights - No cosy apartment at all, not enough place to sit for the group. - One baking pan is not working on the stove (took some time to figured out it was not the stove) - A lot of mosquitoes, in december! There was no protection in the window).

The host helped us in finding the keys and met us too to discuss our queries. The location of the property is also excellent.

The WIFI initially was weak then we re-routed it.

Great apartment, very spacious and modern in a nice location. Near some bus stops, restaurants and shops. The owner is also very nice and helpful.

Need just a small maintenance with 2 bathroom doors that couldn't be closed by inside.
