Aggelis Traditional Appartment

Everything is within walking distance in Sparta. The owner was very nice brought us fresh figs from his garden and nectarines and on location where lots of grapes that we were allowed to pick ourselves very nice gentleman much appreciated. Collected rocks from the beach and left them in the one planter too much weight to bring back.

If you left crumbs on the counter ants came out in droves.

Un bel appartamento confortevole. Forse un po’ datato ma comunque funzionante e accogliente. Non trovo nulla da obbiettare. Passassi di nuovo da lì lo sceglierei di sicuro senza pensarci.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος και οι χώροι του σπιτιού.

Η κουζίνα ήταν σε άθλια κατάσταση. Ο φούρνος όπως και άλλα σκεύη είχαν να πλυθούν πολλά χρόνια. Τα κουζίνα σκεύη ήταν βρώμικα. Στα συρτάρια υπήρχαν περιττώματα αμφιβόλου προέλευσης. Σπασμένα ντουλάπα. Η τηλεόραση έχανε το σήμα κάθε 5 δευτερόλεπτα.Οι πετσέτες είχαν λεκέδες. Κάτω από τα σκεπάσματα υπήρχαν τριχουλες αμφιβόλου προέλευσης. Η αυλή δε ήταν επισκέψιμη. Το σπίτι δεν ενδείκνυται για διαμονή ανθρώπων.. Αναγκαστικά να βρω άλλο σπίτι και να χάσω αρκετά χρήματα.

Spacious mansion near the city center. Parking on the street. Two supermarkets nearby. Everything is clean. Wi-Fi is good. Fully corresponds to the description and photos on Booking. I recommend.

Large unit, like a house.

Needs some maintenance work. Kitchen garbage can still had trash from a previous client. Ash tray at patio was full of cigarette butts. No dryer or clothes line to dry clothes after washing.

If you are traveling during the cold season, this place is extremely cold! It seems that it wasn't a living place before. Unfortunately, bed clothing wasn't changed after the last visitors, but thankfully, the owner texted us where we could take clean sheets. In generally it wasn't cleaned, at all. I was upset after that inappropriate incident. So I can't recommend this place.The funny thing is that the price is so high and I can't understand for what I was paying. For staying in jacket all the time in the house??? A/C and other heaters didn't help. Even though we were asked not to smoke, (and we are not smoking) the rooms were heavily smelled with the cigarettes smoke... And the last thing - Not safety parking spot. As a result, deeply scratched car by someone who saw UA plates
