Aggelis Traditional Appartment

The accommodation was as described. The rooms were large with double bed and a single in one and double in the other. The floor was marble and kept the whole place cool. There is a small balcony. The location is very good for town centre. On Wednesday tthere is an excellent food market. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The owner was very helpful. We had no difficulty parking right outside.

There was quite a lot of noise in the evenings but not late at night.. The shower could be better. The next street is used by the market on Wednesday from very early Do not park there Tuesday evening.

Spacious house.

Not very good windows, noise from the street was very loud. Ants in the kitchen.

Aggelis gave us a warm welcome and brought us some oranges. He also left some fruit in the fridge. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Good for a small family :) You could indeed hear the noise of the cars and the motorbikes, but on the other hand we lived very close to the city center and we stayed at other apartments in Greece, that were modern but you could hear as much noise. Finding a parking spot was very easy, we always found a spot right in front of the apartment. A supermarket was 2 mins by foot and you could easily drive to Mistras in 10 mins. I read in one of the comments, that there were cockroaches - I couldn’t find any… In conclusion, we were happy :)

The only thing that was missing was a ladle or some other spatula for cooking :)

It was a big appartment.

The bathrooms were filthy, it was very noisy, everything was very worn out, 2 out of the 3 beds were very uncomfortable (the mattresses were way too hard) and the bathroom doorknob was still broken (it's been broken for at least 3 years because it was mentioned in previous comments) Don't go there.
