Family Apartment with Mountain Views

We liked the spacious house and laundry facilities. The location was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The downstairs area was very clean and well heated.

The cleanliness was lacking a bit upstairs, the stairs and upstairs flooring could use a mop. The lounge also needs a steam clean/replacement, it had some stains on it and I kept losing my phone down a big gap in the back of the couch which was filled with crumbs from previous guests. There were no cushions provided on the couch so it was a bit uncomfortable and we had to get some off the beds downstairs.

We only have a small roll of toilet paper which is left over from previous tenant which is Not enough for my family of four to use. No shampoo and soup.

Proximity to tourist attractions. Comfy beds and spacious, reliable hot water. An ok stay but need major updates to make it cosy.

There was a funky smell upon entry which required airing out. Lack of clear direction on kindling, which they did advise after messaging, but lighters/matches were out, and we had to purchase our own. There was a lack of general supplies and they could be proactive about providing efficient waste and supplies solutions, be prepared to bring your own. In addition the space is poorly laid out with dated and sometimes broken furniture, it feels like someone left behind their forgotten items from the 2000s/2010s, TV included.

The clock had stopped. Also, both my friend and I have mobility problems and found the stairs taxing, but not insurmountable
