Family Apartment with Mountain Views

Warm, spacious and comfortable. Perfect accommodation for a winter fishing trip.

Only two rolls of toilet paper supplied for a two week stay, not enough especially with a lady in the house.

Some things were a bit dated, outdoor furniture etc. Very limited kitchen facilities. And hot water ran out.

Very nice and handy location. All basics were there as expected, overall a pleasant stay.

Broken chairs on the balcony, no table, which is shame because the balcony is the most attractive part of the house.

Location is wonderful. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. The kitchen and living room had everything we needed for the days we stayed. We used the laundry and clothes line which was perfect after hiking Mt Cook. Terrific experience overall!

The cons were minimal. The windows were smudged, which made the place feel dirtier than it was. The deck was wonderful, but I’d recommend replacing the outdoor seat cushion (or just getting rid of it). It ruined the pants I was wearing by leaving white fuzz all over. It was unfortunate given no drier or lint roller to clean them off.

The neighborhood is really quiet!

The oven isn’t really efficient! But the kitchen is well equipped!

Plenty of space for a couple, with comfortable beds and a nice powerful shower.

The facilities such as utensils and TV could do with updating. I only say this about the TV as we were stuck inside due to bad weather for two days and had nothing to do as there's not a lot around Twizel for rainy days.
