Loddey's Self Catering Apartments - by Beach Collection

Your smoking facilities for smokers. We are a family of 3 with walking disabilities. We have our own ashtray and was told we can't smoke outside on the veranda. We had to go and smoke at the braai area witch was a mission.

Location, comfortable stay and size of rooms.

The pictures in the advertisements are misleading. We were on the lowest floor and the views and balcony were definitely taken at a higher floor. We saw more car roofs running by than beach. The cutlery provided did not warrant the price.

Furniture like the tv is very old it makes noise when it’s on…..the shower doesn’t work properly it gets blocked…..the tiles are coming off in the bathroom

Very good location and very spacious apartment. They didn't supply any extra towels or blankets, but everything was clean and tidy.

I just had to start with that...my family and I were looking for the ideal break away that will be refreshing,bring new perspective to oneself and also won't be to far out of reach for the pocket. We found loddey's self catering apartments on the beach front, booked it via bookings.com and man did it cover the entire spectrum if you are looking for a peaceful weekend away. Easy to locate,great location right across the beach and the staffs assistants... excellent from the day you book and speak to reception, keeping you informed during the time prior to your booking, keeping in contact whilst on your way to location, always to your service during your stay and immediate response up until the checkout time personally come to greet "that was My favorite these people move the ground to accommodate you they are so friendly it almost feel uncomfortable for that is something that is not so often seen, heard or rather experienced anymore the staff on site were friendly,very assisting and besides accommodating also very considerate. The facility was clean they had what we needed, very classy...thank you loddey's till next time yes! next time.

The location was great, but there was a sewage leak outside the property which made the stay unbearable As windows and doors had to be closed, and there was no Aircon for the heat

Poor connectivity with Wi-Fi and no Vodacom Signal making it hard to work basic provisions

Pillows were not clean, was smelling

The location was perfect, and I loved the fact that there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the apartment.

For the price, cleaning services should be daily and not every third day. An access fob/ key must be available when renting out the place. We had to ask the security to open for us every time, or we had to walk through the basement parking to reception.
