Casa da Suite Duchessa

La posizione ottima. L` appartamento spazioso e pulito. Zona tranquilla,bel panorama.

Il problema è stato il check in dove bisognava farlo online sul sito della struttura e non si riusciva a caricare i documenti e se non si faceva entro un certo tempo c` era una penale da pagare dai 25 ai 45€. Il posto dove si dovevano ritirare le chiavi era si un agenzia, ma erano due anni che non collaboravano più con quelli della riservazione. Grazie a Dio la signora della stessa ci ha indirizzato alla persona responsabile di consegnarci le chiavi e mostrarci l` appartamento la quale era molto gentile. Insomma, probabilmente sarebbe stato meglio comunicare in un modo più semplice e cancellare indirizzi che non hanno più a che fare con la struttura.

Allora non mi ha fatto impazzire sinceramente non mi e sembrato uguale alle foto, però va bene per 1 notte e ok

Parking pour Smart seulement et literie trop molle à notre goût

Location, large space, a lot of lots of dishes and kitchen utensils

1) Absence of Wi-Fi internet 6 days out of 7 days of stay; 2) we couldn’t open locker to obtain key from garage (where the apartment keys have been located) for an hour at night of arrival because the contacts of apartment gave wrong password for it (they gave right one only one hour after we started to try opening it); 3) scaffolding around the house; 4) too overpriced for such apartment and service by the apartment’s operator.

firstly, the booking did not stipulate that it was necessary to pay separately for the second person, this was not discussed and they also charged 84 euros for accommodation, secondly, the Internet did not work because of this I spent another 40€ so that I could have Internet, also I am not talking about the repair work that was in the house that was carried out in the morning and prevented us from sleeping and resting

85 euro for cleaning and bed linne.

The apartment was smelly and filthy with basic issues of hygiene (see photos). There was very bad smell throughout the apartment; blood stains on covers, hair in the bathroom and bed, residue on the toilet brush, mould stains in the shower as well as paint coming from the ceiling, and water damage. We filed a solidly documented complaint which was ignored by the Casa da Suite and unfortunately learned that booking was not very helpful either.
