"The flat is good value and had everything we needed."

The location is close to the city centre. The kitchen is well equipped. The Sky Glass TV is much better than a typical TV in a short term let.

There is a lot of traffic noise from the road on the hill next to the building. The door lock on the flat needs making more sound. Access to the bed is rather awkward as it is in an alcove.

"Excellent accommodation! You must stay here if visiting Rochester!"

A very accessible location from the station with great amenities. Upon arrival the room was clean, fresh and smelt great with all of your amenities needed for a short stay. The bathroom was lovely along with kitchen where WiFi and sky were provided! Highly recommend as it was amazing value for money and you felt secure and safe.

"Cosy and close to high street"

Great contact with host. Place was small but had everything needed. Very close to the high street. Wetherspoons a 3 minute walk. Parking was priced at £6 per 18 hours in the nearest public car park! Very clean and cosy. Would recommend

Location, facilities, coziness and value for money! Loved the record player, nice touch.

Didn't bother us but a few flights of stairs to get to the flat so might suit everyone.
