Modern Bright 1-2 Bed Apartments Oxford, with Free Parking ,OX4 Near BMW Science Park & Hospitals

It was as advertised, we had the whole flat to ourselves. Had all that we need. Very nice property. Booking team are very accommodating and they patiently answered all my questions. Had issue paying for deposit but they sorted it out ok.

Nothing much about the property or the booking team. It’s the overall process they impose before check-in, I think it needs to be improved to make it easier or simpler for everyone. It was a bit of a hassle having to complete everything. Information on deposit should be placed on the Description about the property and not hidden away on the important information bit. There was a delay on deposit refund which I had to chase, but got it as promised. But I think they need to be more proactive on this as it’s still 250£.

it was clean and had the necessary.

on entering it was hotter than hell. had to turn all rads off and open door all evening. Bathroom rad still on full. most disgusting sewage smell in bathroom made worse by heat. had to skip shower on second day as it made me nauseous to spend any time in there. There is no way this wasn’t known about! excessive noise from upstairs. Did wonder if it was a sex worker up there as unbelievable headboard banging noises -couldn’t think what else it could be? Had to have blinds down in bedroom all the time due to being right on to street so dark all the time. Adjustable blinds would help.

Clean accommodation and parking space within a 20 minute bus ride from the centre of Oxford and only an hours drive away from Bletchley Park. Double bedroom has three drawer chest and small wardrobe whilst twin bedroom had 5 drawer chest. Kitchen has fridge and enough cups, bowls, plates, pans and crockery.

boiler in kitchen made loud noises approx every 20 minutes but only noticeable when in the sitting room/kitchen - did not detract from our stay in any way.

Location for Oxford hospital excellent. Only 5 minutes drive away

apartment hadnt been cleaned when we arrived at the correct time. Phone calls to the 'team' gave us several different stories about why it wasnt ready. Keys not left, yes they were because we got in and the cleaner had her own key etc. Cleaner did turn up and as she spoke no English was not able to explain why they were late so we went out for a couple of hours to give them a chance to do their job, which they did very well no complaints there just not enough clarity from the office side or help or advice as to what we were to do.
