The ceiling has no insulation for the noise from above. If the guest upstairs is too noisy, you won't be able to sleep.

The facilities was nice

I found the rooms to be cold regardless of the heating as well as the facilities not being as clean. I found an old sandal under the couch I wasnt impressed.

The location was perfect. Close to the city center. The flat is well furnished with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The out of hours customer service agent was very helpful and kind.

I wish they could tell you before you book that you have to pay a £250 deposit. They wait until you have paid then send you a message asking for the deposit. Also It's not ideal for last minute booking because they have do verifications before sending you access codes.

It was good.Good car park and you could catch bus just down road.

Water not flowing well in the bathtub and I read someone complained in his review when booking for my stay thought it should have been fixed. Not even one roll of tissue paper. No complimentary water.

I did not like the combo washer dryer, the dryer for sure does not work but they did bring a drying rack but was disappointed the dryer part did not work satisfactory.
