So lovely, great location! Nice host, very easy to be in the flat, very comfy!

Unfortunately there was a cold snap that first night (almost 0 degrees celsius!) and it was not possible to turn up the heat. An extra comforter/blanket would have been great.

Very nice, modern appartment. Had everything i needed, all was in excellent condition, instructions for finding and entering were great. Bed was comfy. Balcony was a nice addition.

The position over a Weatherspoons meant it was very very noisy until late at night and their cleaners woke me up early in the morning so i got little sleep.

Lovely light, well appointed flat, thoughtfully equipped. Very comfortable bedroom, large bathroom with bath and separate shower with superb water pressure. Second floor, lift available. Good views over Oxford’s Castle Quarter.

Weatherspoons downstairs can be a bit noisy if the weather is good and the outside tables occupied.

Spotlessly clean. Nicely laid out. Modern facilities. Very close to shops, restaurants and Oxford colleges.

The only downside - and this has nothing to do with the owner - is that the apartment is situated directly above a Weatherspoons pub, with outside tables. Late in the evening this gets extremely noisy (particularly between 10 and 12pm) and also later on (1-2am) when staff are emptying bottles into outdoor bins.
