This establishment has three apartments, two second-floor penthouses and one first-floor apartment, with the same layout but different decorative styles, so I ask interested clients to make sure that the apartment they want is the one they are booking before booking. Access to the apartments is via stairs and there is no lift. The private underground car park is only suitable for small vehicles. Beautiful view from the balcony over the beach. Nice apartment.

Underground garage is small, not easy to drive in. But fortunately there was plenty of free parking places in front of apartment.

The location was perfect with all we needed in the apartment. I would highly recommend it.

We were informed that a lift is soon to be installed. While we had no problems with the stairs being two fit "oldies" the lack of one could be a real deterrent to some older people and certainly the disabled.

"It was a 5 star experience."

The location was absolutely perfect. Myself and my wife have visited Tarifa on many occasions, staying in a hotel previously but with our 3 year old it made a lot more sense to stay in an apartment on the beach. Lances Beach Penthouses were the perfect accommodation for our needs. The apartment is roomy, it has all the facilitates you need and the decor in the apartment perfectly matches the spectacular Tarifa. The location is absolutely excellent, right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops etc and only a 5-10 min walk along the beautiful promenade to the old town. There is ample parking outside the building but a car space is provided for you underground if needed. We just parked outside for convenience. Elena met us on check in and check out. Everything was handled via WhatsApp and she is very friendly, offering assistance if we needed it. Iker, although I never met him messaged me to make sure all was okay as well, which was very kind of him. So as for hosts, they were both excellent. We are planning to stay again next year, and possibly for a longer stay as we absolutely love Tarifa and now have found the most perfect accommodation to stay in.

The only negative I could give was that you could not double lock the apartment door from the inside (you can from the outside when leaving) but with an active 3 year old we had to be conscience to keep an eye on her all the time when in the apartment so she didn't wander off.

The apartment is right on the beach and a 12 minute walk from the old town and about 15 minutes from the port. We took a day trip to Morocco and it was excellent. (You can ask for a woman guide in Morocco. FYI.)
