The departure from the apartment later than the maximum allowed time (11:00 a.m.) carries a penalty of 40 EUR for each hour of delay. Parking services are subject to availability. This establishment has three apartments, two second-floor penthouses and one first-floor apartment, with the same layout but different decorative styles, so I ask interested clients to make sure that the apartment they want is the one they are booking before booking. Access to the apartments is via stairs and there is no lift. The private underground car park is only suitable for small vehicles.
