Apartamento Tavira

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The host was exceptional with his hospitality, welcoming us and having wine and fruit and drinks in the fridge. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you might need. The location was excellent with the train station and Lidl a 5 minute walk and a market across the street. The main Centro area was close by. I would highly recommend this apartment.

It was very cozy, clean, well appointed and felt like home. Nuno was a fantastic host and kindly had a bottle of delicious wine and snacks awaiting us on arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our absolutely favourite place to stay in all of Portugal. Nuno met us as planned and gave us a tour of his lovely, cosy apartment and answered many questions for us. He is an exceptional host! You can tell he really cares about people and has a heart of gold. He generously had a delicious bottle of local wine sitting on the kitchen table, along with a variety of yummy snacks. There was milk in the fridge, butter for toast, bottled water, coffee, a variety of teas, and several other treats. What a kind gesture! The minute you enter this apartment, it feels like home. It has everything you could possibly need. Lots of good books, a variety of games, comfortable furniture and it was spotlessly clean. Across the street is a great little grocery store and the people who own it have known Nuno since he was a kid. How special is that??!! This place is an absolute gem in the heart of the charming town of Tavira. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nothing. It could not have been any better! It is a rare for a host and his wife to go out of their way to make your stay so exceptional. We will never forget it. It absolutely MADE our trip to Tavira.

Barrio tranquilo y fácil aparcamiento. Todo limpio y bien equipado.

Los vecinos del piso de arriba eran muy ruidosos y el descanso ha sido muy difícil. Si fuese mi vivienda habitual estaría amargado. La puerta del portal retumba en el piso a cada portazo.

This is a very large, secure, very comfortable and very well equipped apartment. The owner/manager met us at the door and explained everything to us, making the check-in extremely easy and stress free. Easy and free on street parking near the building. Short walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants ans tourist sites. Kitchen was very well equipped with good pots and pans and lots of dishes. Also an excellent capsule coffee machine. Owner left a complimentary bottle of wine and other treats. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend this place.

We were grateful it was about a 5 min walk from Centro, just out of the really touristy area. Despite lots of apartments around, it was quiet. We had great sleeps here. And the sheets were cotton. The apartment is very comfortable. The owner Nuno, was great, a very good communicator and although we never met him, we could tell, he was very invested that we had a wonderful experience.

No door stopper on the bathroom. We wanted to leave the door open to air it, but the door wouldn't stay open on it's own. A bit pricey compared to other places we stayed in Portugal. No Smart TV, so we watched Netflix on our laptop.

Бесплатная парковка у подъезда. Прекрасно провели новогодние дни. И это не первый раз мы встречаем Новый Год в Тавире под восхитительный салют на набережной. Close proximity to the centre of Tavira, quiet, clean and homely apartment with a friendly host who met us at the property. Ironed sheets and towels were delightful, bed comfortable and efficient A/C, shower pressure the best we've had in our 6 week stay in Portugal.

Not a modern apartment but sturdy and well kept.
