Great location very clean and comfortable very pleased

The only thing was the amount of stains to the apartment people with mobility problems would struggle

There was nothing we didn't like.

Location is very close to the sea and shops, train station ~9min away; You can see the sea through the window; Functional - flat had everything what you need; Shower cabin spacious and shower works great; Roof window opens widely, it felt like you have a little balcony! Flat is near the church, so you could hear the bells in the morning and evening. That added a nice charm to the place. Comfy bed, lots of pillows.

Flat was not cleaned properly. You could see bits under the table, on the floor; mat in the bathroom was still wet; mirrors very dirty, left with cleaning streaks; sheets were questionable cleanliness - you could smell the washing powder, but stains and bits stuck to the pillow, crumpled sheets - made us question... Also some plates, cups were stained and a bit dirty. Flat doors quite "cheap" looking and feeling. If the main doors were not locked (we found them unlocked most of the time), we were a bit concerned that someone "can let themselves in" with one kick to the door... :) Take the earplugs just in case someone is singing at night in the pub downstairs, or on the street :D Check-in was delayed, even though we agreed for a bit earlier check-in before arrival. After, there was no suggestion to check-out for the delayed time.

Good location. Easy to get keys. Had a couple of issues on arrival day but host was easy to contact, very polite and helpful and sorted the issues immediately. Compact flat but was all we needed for a couple of days. Modern look and feel to the property.

Couple of issues to begin with but host was fab and sorted immediately. Could do with maybe a little starter kit of tea and milk for when you arrive - even just a pint would be helpful. Also, can’t tune tvs in to watch the tele, can only do it by going into the likes or itv player and clicking on “watch live” etc. could be made easier to just tune them all in even if it’s just a strong indoor aerial that’s needed. Also, as others have pointed out, issues re the communal entrance including security issues as it was frequently left unlocked by others.

Michael was extremely nice and easily contacted on the phone when the Booking.com messaging service didn’t work. He was very helpful and allowed us to stay a few hours later than checkout. Easy walk to all the beaches and anywhere in town.

Previous guests left the grill an unclean and a jam jar that was starting to go bad.

Very clean, fully equipped, very central in the town.

No problems really. Sofa not the most comfortable as the backrest is so low. Other than that very minor niggle I can't think of anything to put in this box.

It was exactly what we needed.

The fitted sheet for the sofa bed didn’t quite fit, which was fine because there was only one person sleeping in it, but would have been tricky if another person was sharing it.

Ideal location & easy to find.

Bit grubby in places, dirty cups! Bathroom was a bit dirty. Could benefit from spring clean. Needed an info sheet as had trouble finding wifi code & how to operate heating.
