central location and easy, hassle free access and nicely decorated

not completely secure with others leaving front door unlocked as currently under renovation within building and no bath( personal preference)

Everything in the apartment was new. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures lovely. Good-sized fridge/freezer. Bedroom and bathroom had nice skylights. Easy, direct walk from train station. Short walk to beach and amenities.

Building still under renovation… entryway stairwell a bit difficult to climb as a result. Some difficulty using the key to lock the building. (Apartment key was fine) WI-FI was not strong enough. Would have liked some kind of coffee maker in addition to the water kettles.

Very good central location to Seaham. Flat was a good base for our stay.

Not really any big concerns. Think it would be beneficial to have a working fan in the bathroom and would gsbe appreciated the apartment being of a suitable temperature on arrival. The heating was off and subsequently was aboutv12 degrees on arrival.

The property is very clean, has good facilities & is very central & ideally situated close to the bars & restaurants on the street & sea front. Bed & pillows were comfortable & shower was good. Despite being above a pub there was hardly any noise & definitely none after 11pm despite it being the weekend. I would definitely book this apartment again.

The communal foyer could do with a clean, though I would suspect that this isn't the responsibility of the apartment owner as the apartment was immaculate. Also there are 3 flights of stairs to gain access which could cause issues for those with limited mobility/elderly particularly carrying heavy cases.

Television arrangements - the IPTV kept dropping out

The apartment was clean and modern. Easy to locate. Perfect location for what we needed. Was homely and well equipped. Billie the host was great, really good communication. I’d definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. Really good stay

Couple of the plug points didn’t work in the bedroom but that’s a quick fix and not a huge problem in the slightest
