Very easy everything was perfectly described and explained by the staff.

Location, location, location

Excellent location next to Arena di Verona. Cafe Wallner and restaurant are just in few steps.... Following the digital check-in we went directly to the apartment. No need to pick-up keys...All is digital. It is very well equipped, clean and spacy enough. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Verona.

Location was perfect for us, close to Piazza Bra and the Arena di Verona amphitheatre where we went to the opera on Saturday night. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very modern and was on the third floor which was served by a lift. Coffee machine and welcome pack were much appreciated.

There was some confusion as to whether we should go to the Italian Flats office or direct to the apartment. We finally met with someone near the office who helped with our luggage and took us to the apartment so everything worked out well in the end.

WiFi connectivity very poor Shower head needs descaling , sprayed everywhere except on me

Not enough home supplies, frying pans etc. no contact at all from the stuff,tried to reach them without any results…complicated check in info

Lovely attractive apartment conveniently situated in a quiet area just off Piazza Bra. Easy walking to The Arena , city walls, river, and buses so perfect for getting around the city and beyond. Many local restaurants, shops, and a left luggage store in the same street if you arrive/ leave early/ late.
