Italianflat - Arena di Verona Apartments

Located right in the centre of Verona. Flat is spacious and comfortable.

The apartment is very central, just around the corner from the Arena. It is quiet and spacious. The comunication and checkin was quick and easy. The beds were confortable.

Everything is quite outdated. The kitchen was missing cooking and cleaning utensils. There was an Aceto Balsamico with mold growing on it...the sofa was falling apart. The worst thing though was a window in the bathroom that opened to a sort of light well and a very strong cigarette smoke smell was coming from it. We couldn't close the window until we finally found the switch (electric window), which meant that the whole place reeked of smoke a whole night. This was really unpleasent.

It's location is perfect right next to piazza bra the heartbeat of the city. Kids 14 & 16 used a pull out sofa

Fantastic location near Arena, comfortable bed and sofa bed (2 adults 2 children). Clean and quiet. Small lift from lobby was helpful.

The bathroom door needs fixing! Can't open or close it easily due to warping.

Location ,location superb close to all attractions with walking distance. Also appr.20min walk to train stations. Easy check in /out . Perfect place for short stay in Verona.

Some extra coffee cups required as not enough for our family Would recommend to place bialetti cafeteira in apartment to enjoy morning coffe :) At the time of our stay lift was not working no problem for me but for elderly person maybe an issue especially to walk up to the 3rd floor.

We came to Verona to visit the opera. These apartments are ideally for tourists. To the Arena one minute on foot. You can rent minimum two nights. To the station 20 minutes on foot, when we arrived at the station by train, it was extremely hot, we took a taxi, by 5 minutes (10 eur), a taxi to the airport 20 minutes(40 eur). Apartments are cozy.

Very clean and perfect location

This property was grossly misrepresented by the owner. Stating it had views of the arena, the flat was located in the rear of a nondescript building, the only view was of the back ally. I photographed the ad and advised that I was moving out and expected my money back. Italian Flat were excellent just the opposite to the dishonest owner, who took the ad down and then told me it was never there. just as well I photographed the dishonest ad. I am just home and I see where Ital Flat has sent me a document refunding 3/4 of what I paid.Be very careful with this owner.
