Posizione fantastica per chi va all'Arena o vuole stare in pieno centro

La posizione a pochi metri dall'Arena ..il personale cordialissimo e la camera pulita e isolata dai rumori esterni nonostante si trovi su una via di grande passaggio. Inoltre il prezzo assolutamente al di sotto della media vista la posizione a pochi passi da piazza Bra. Soddisfattissimo!!!

We arrived at 14:10 at the place. even we had to used Taxi from the train station because of check in till 15:00 o’clock. But nobody there. I called the owner (12 times)so many times but no answer.I sent the message so many times but not! Then I sent message to customer survice. They did really good. We had to wait till 17:30 to get answer from customer survice then customer service sent me message. Owner canceled us. I had 3 Kids with me and after 17:30 I have to look for new place. We were not late for check in.Why??? Restaurant was closed already at 14:10 Why they can’t say to me cancel before? Still I don’t understand. Before I sent the owner 2 times message but not answer. I can’t believe that how the owner is doing that. It was really bad experience

I had to wait almost 3 hours in the hot weather (from 3.30 until 6 pm in August!) from my arrival to get the key at the restaurant that owned the place. But I needed to discover this myself talking around as the OWNER never replied to my messages or phone call. I am Italian so it is easy to talk around and figure our, but for foreigners would have been much of a problem. The place is great, as well as the location, but the owner cannot behave in such a way. A quick message would suffice, but I never got it!

The price during the week is unbeatable for this central location and a room with everything you need and a balcony.
