"Exceptional location and conditions"

The location is superb! The conditions and facilities are very comfortable! Exceptional experience - I had a big room with a big bed in and private bathroom a historical building just about 50 steps from Arena di Verona. Was very easy to find it.

It was very smooth key handling and payment in the restaurant Trattoria Tre Marchetti. I liked to stay in the old historical building in the center of the old town in Verona. The location was awesome! I could come back to my room during the break in the opera concert. (So close to the Roman Arena, about 2 mins walk) AC in the room worked pretty quick and it helped me to stay in summer time in Verona.

It made me confused at my arrival time that there was no one in the restaurant. I wasn't sure where I could get the key previously, and tried to contact the host via booking.com message and Whatsapp, but no answer. I assume I should have written all the messages in Italian, not English. The TV didn't work and the bathroom was pretty old and needed to have better cleaning.
