Beware - cost of parking linked to dropping off bags at property as it is in a restricted traffic zone - euro7 for obligatory parking in garage.

Quiet location, of the beaten track. About 20 minutes from anything. Lovely view of the canal. Might be good for a very short stay.

Minimalistic. A bed, two chairs and a table. Bathroom needs repairs and it is tiny. Lack of supplies, no kitchen towels of any kind. Host very responsive, but constantly something was going wrong with the plumbing, lighting. All this could be avoided by thoroughly checking the apartment before renting. I looked at other reviews and it seems to be a common complaint. I wished I read them more thoroughly, too late. Lack of storage, as what you see on the pictures is full of the owners discards. There is no working tv. Oh, and the beautiful balcony is shared with other apartments.

The location

The bathroom is exceptionally small, and the toilet is quite uncomfortable. On my second day, I found that the light bulb needed to be replaced. I wanted to iron my shirt, but unfortunately, the host did not provide an iron for the apartment, despite having encountered such amenities in several previous accommodations. The room itself is also very small, and both the mattress and duvet were of rather poor quality. After spending two nights there, I had trouble sleeping well.

Loved the apartment and it’s location on the river. Hosts were very accommodating. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Excellent cot provided for my toddler. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks

The location was excellent and Alessandra was very helpful. Check in was easy.

Very nice location and view to the river, close to the city centre. The owner was very nice, helped with the FTL zone parking as well. The apartment itself is really comfortable, enough space for 2 people, kitchen tools, fridge and oven available if you want to cook. We really enjoyed drinking a wine at the balcony looking at the river and the bridge in the evenings.

Airconditioning is only available in the kitchen-hall area, not in the bedroom, so it was more difficult to cool it down.

Host met us at the property, after first giving parking directions by WhatsApp. Property is on the edge of the UNESCO zone and entering by car incurs a fee (ANPR cameras everywhere). Thoroughly recommend
