Surrandings are excellent. Locality is awsome. 700m from historical center. Parks are in the near, for pet owners.

Should have mosquito net on all windows, aircondition, the matrace a bit harder.

The owner was flexible and very nice. The location is amazing: close to the center and direct access to the river banks for running along. The overall apartment is comfy and very pretty. There is an oven and induction plates to cook with most of the necessary tools. Very practical.

It gets chilly and humid at night. It is written that the apartment comes with a washing machine, which is not the case. Nothing otherwise, it was really nice.

The location was fine and an easy walk to the main sites of interest. The host did suggest a few restaurants we might try.

Everything was very basic. Both rooms were small with little storage. The facilities were not as described on the Booking.com website. eg. There was no washing machine which was one of the features listed on the website. Also on several occasions we did notice the smell of urine as you entered the front door. We reported this to the host as it may have indicated a problem with the drains but he did not respond.

Excellent location and lovely apartment with a very nice view on the river

there were some minor issues (such as toilet light not working, wrong wifi password and user) which were mostly taken care of by the host (except the light). Overall a really lovely place that could have used a more through check-up before giving us the keys.
