Little Mill, Harbertonford, Totnes. - Entire place.

Good location for the wedding that we were staying at. Very suitable for a one night stay with decent price. Nice and polite hosts. We weren't there for long but it served its purpose and no major complaints

Was tricky to find as it's not clear where on the road it is so had to ring the host. Then had to ring them again confirming it was the right place as it seemed to be between two properties (it's the one with the black gates). It wasn't that clear what we did with the parking (you can just park on the drive between the trailer and gates) And also where the key box was located (through the gate door and on the left.) Good once you know but if you're going to a property for the first time, it's good if these things are clearer so you avoid annoying people by doing something wrong. But host was polite and friendly when called. Also the shower door wouldn't open. The bottom of the door would get stuck against the base - didn't want to pull back too hard in case it broke the door. We were only staying for one night so had shower at home, but would have to ring host again if we needed it (to avoid any issues)

Lovely to stay at Little Mill while we were at a wedding. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, outdoor area and the hosts' generous hospitality. Waterside pub a walk away was a highlight

Quiet location, well equipped, had everything we needed.

Parking arrangement isent great if you have more than one vehicle.

Did what it said on the tin, loved the fantastic hot shower. Great value. Offers orange juice and croissant but I didn’t want them, took my own breakfast.

Host met us on arrival, handled us key, showed us everything, left jam, croissant, juice, milk. Property feels quite private. If not an issue about cleanness and dirty bedding I would rank it high. property is quite small and cosy, but we does knew it and it was not a problem for us. Shower is also good. Village is very beautiful and pleasant.

The bedding for one bad was dirty and host was uncontactable despite he was very near us. That is basically was main complaint why I am rate it down. It does look like the property managed by not a professional host, but the minimum I would expect is to have a clean bedding. Also property does need a good spring cleaning everywhere, including windows.

Nice quiet village handy driving distances to popular destinations. Owners on site lovely couple couldn't be anymore helpful and plenty of local advice beautiful part of the country and plenty of places to visit.

Breakfast was OK. WiFi doesn’t make sense, so no.

TV and ‘Rufa’ (?). V difficult and could not (even with resident’s advice) manage more than one channel. I’m useless but I can’t be unique!
