Great location for an event in Totnes we were attending. We were lucky to be able to park on drive otherwise short walk to football ground parking (free). Milk and juice provided and good croissants and jam along with coffee and tea. Garden view and access to outdoor seating (rain prevented our use). Great shower and good clean bedding and towels. Host very helpful in suggesting logistics plans for our trip.

Clean overall but some cobwebs on lights. Skirting and floor could have been a little cleaner but not a problem for us.

Nice cosy little place, with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. High quality towels provided. Great facilities. Netflix provided for the tv , croissants, orange juice and milk left for breakfast which was very kind and thoughtful of the owners. Excellent shower with side jets and hot water. Very peaceful and quiet for me , my wife and 7 year old daughter. Nice and tidy well presented property. I would stay here again.

Parking was down the road on a football club car park, pretty bumpy and potholes everywhere, so not great if you have a sportier car. No bedding left for the sofa bed and was unaware of where to find any.

Lovely place clean quiet decent bed!

Only downfall they forgot to place cutlery in the room so couldn't make a cuppa or eat in there but other than that absolutely no problems at all!

Good value and handy location for the purpose of our stay. Really comfy bed.

It wasn’t as clean as we would have expected, lots of cobweb’s everywhere, long brown hairs on the bathroom floor and a stain down the front of the toilet from the seat to the floor.

The property location was very convenient for our trip. Additionally the host took care that all essentials are made available.

There's nothing I can think of. Lovely place.
