ele&gio accomodation - Sea View

Accueil chaleureux de l'hote, qui nous a donné tous les renseignements utiles pour notre séjour à Tropea. L'emplacement est idéal pour déambuler à pied dans la ville. Place de parking très pratique. Superbe terrasse aménagée sur le toit qui nous a permis de prendre l'apéro en admirant le coucher de soleil. Tout était parfait. Merci à Massimo pour sa gentillesse et son sourire.

The location is perfect. A 10-minute walk to the Old Town and a 5-minute walk to shops, markets, and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, the ocean view is fantastic, and parking is easy and accessible.

The Wi-Fi is very slow and often doesn't work (for example, streaming movies on Nextfilx stops and nothing else loads). The bedroom and bathroom are very small, without many storage options for items like suitcases, clothes, etc. (for those staying for more than 5 days, for example). There's no microwave... and the "dining table" has to be placed on the balcony because there's no space inside the apartment.

Die Reinigungskraft hat ihren Job gut gemacht und es war sauber! Die Bettwäsche wurde einmalig gewechselt was wir für gut fanden.

Wir haben ein Appartement mit Balkon gebucht. Bei Anreise wurde uns erklärt dass Zimmer Elle ohne Balkon sind und Gio mit Balkon ist. Das war reine Reinfall. Woher sollte man wissen dass Elle ohne Balkon und Gio mit Balkon ausgestattet ist. Natürlich konnten wir die große Terrasse am 4 Stock nutzen aber bei starken Wind, und es war einige Tage so, war dort gefährlich zu sitzen. Und jedesmal frühstücken von zweiten Stock ins vierte zu gehen ist auch Blödsinn. Uns wurde einfach das Elle gegeben mit der Aussage dass Elle ohne Balkon ist und Gio mit und wir sollten es so einfach akzeptieren. Wir waren enttäuscht. Deg Vermieter wollte uns für zwei Nächte ein Zimmer mit Balkon geben und dann müssten wir wieder umziehen, so ein Kwatsch! Auf jeden Fall sollte es in der Beschreibung angeben dass Elle ohne Balkon und Gio mit Balkon ist! Das ist dann fair den Kunden gegenüber!!!! Der eine Schrank sollte ersetzt werden da die Oberfläche splittet und man bleibt mit Klamotten hängen. Die andere Möbel ist soweit in Ordnung. In der Dusche sollte man auch die Duschstange erneuern. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas mau. Die Töpfe und Pfannen verkratzt und veraltet. Da sollte man auch Einiges erneuern. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche funktioniert sehr schlecht, kaum ein Druck! Kein Lift, ist auch kein Plus Punkt! Der Vermieter sollte ein Paar Investitionen durchführen damit die Apartments besser abschneiden und attraktiver werden.

Massimo è un host fantastico, cordiale e disponibile su tutto. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per goderci al meglio la nostra vacanza e a qualsiasi segnalazione è sempre stato attento. L'appartamento è piccolo (monolocale con angolo cottura davanti al letto e tavolo per mangiare in balcone) ma con tutto il necessario che viene fornito. La posizione è ottima, appena fuori dalla ZTL di Tropea, si può uscire sempre a piedi e raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Tutti i servizi sono comodissimi ed è possibile parcheggiare accanto all'appartamento (non c'è un parcheggio privato ma un ampio piazzale dove vi sono parecchi posti auto). L'appartamento è dotato di una splendida terrazza vista mare.

Very noisy from other flats . Poor plumbing ? Every tap etc is heard . Very small flat . Cleaner arrived unannounced at 10 am …… a message night before would be simple .

Mysig litet rum med med allt man behöver för att klara sig några dagar. Bra läge och promenad avstånd till allt. Bra utrustad litet kök, fint och fräsch badrum. Det var mysigt att sitta ute på balkongen och se havet. Hyresvärden var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi är mycket nöjda.
