ele&gio accomodation - Sea View

The location is incredible. You can reach the sea and the old town in just 10 minutes. The apartment is well-equipped, even with a beach umbrella provided, which is great. The house has a wonderful view, and having access to the terrace is a nice plus. Massimo and his family are very attentive.

We stayed in Gio. For short stays it’s fine, but for two people on a longer holiday it can feel a bit small. So if you’re two people and it’s available, I’d recommend choosing Ele instead.

Nice location close to shops and near main town area.

Whole point of getting an apartment was for space , but this is a small room even by hotel standards. The persons before us had not cleaned pots and pans as had lots of egg on pan and even pasta in pot. Really should have been cleaned before our arrival. Tv also smart but no normal channels working.

The location is perfect, easy to park and beautiful view. Massimo is a very welcoming and helpful host. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

Posizione ottima e proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha messo a disposizione anche l'ombrellone per la spiaggia.

Il monolocale è un po' piccolo, buono per una coppia per qualche giorno. In 3 persone eravamo un po' stretti ma alla fine per 4 notti va anche bene.

We booked this appartment Gio for 5 nights but decided to leave after two. The reason was that the price quality doesn’t match. The main reason is that the appartment is only 12(!) m2 instead of the 21 m2 published. I measured and this was the result. Secondly the “kitchen” area is ridiculous, small, not clean and the water is not working properly. Already at the first night we decided to leave. Finally the balcony, from a safety point of view Indoubt when the cracks in the concrete will finally creatie an accident. Massimo was very polite and we worked it out. But as we are fooled from the start Inwould not recommend this appartment at all.

Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti Massimo, che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Ci ha indicato tantissimi punti di interesse, nonché locali dove poter mangiare e tanti altri consigli utili. Che dire, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione. Bellissima vista dalla terrazza panoramica. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene e la camera era dotata di tutto il necessario, anche se più piccola di quanto descritto.

Purtroppo, la stanza puzzava di fumo di sigaretta ogni volta che entravamo. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato, soprattutto la doccia e il WC.
