According to Google Map, the property should be a re-developed detached house in recent 2-3 years. It has 4 individual flats. It's external wall is very new and appears to have good insulation. We stayed in one of the flats with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The flat which was a duplex was spacious and able to meet the needs of our family of 3 adults. The property can accommodate parking of upto 3 cars. Parking space was always available during our stay. Location is good for travelling to places on the south side of London. It's also quite close to the Sutton High Street. The cooking hob, oven, washing machine and toaster were of quite good brands. Plenty of toilet rolls were supplied. Many power sockets are available around the flat. Beds and pillows are comfy.

Its facilities and interior setup have some rooms for improvement based on observations below: - Weak wifi especially at evening time when more residents return to the property. Difficult to get Internet websites loaded. - water temperature of the shower in the lower floor bathroom is difficult to adjust. The water flow also needs to be carefully set in order for the shower head to stay in position. If water is too strong, the shower would be forced to point to the ceiling. - no shower and no mirror in the upper floor bathroom - no mirror at all on the upper floor - no wardrobe in the upper floor bedroom. It only has a 2-shelf open cupboard (without door and drawers) and small bedside drawers. There's no place for hanging up clothes. It's very inconvenient for us to stay for a full week. - there is no sieve and not enough kitchen towels - the lower floor wardrobe had too few hangers. - no toilet roll holders in the bathrooms - the fridge is a bit small - the lower floor bedroom curtain is not thick enough to block sunlight in the early morning - the steps on the staircase between the lower and upper floor are quite high and not friendly for aged people. - there was also no description in advance that it consists of 2 floors. - wear and tear, e.g. some laminate floor tiles started to come loose, cooking spatula has a loose handle, ironing board seems to have been overly used and cannot stand well. - only one ironing board was found in the common area of the property and there wasn't one in our flat. - more modern interior design and better equipped rooms could be attracting more guests
