super rude employee! The room I was in had a burnt carpet! She said I was the one who burned it! In my room, the carpet was even peeling off, showing the stone on the floor! I have a photo to prove it! I didn't have an extra cleaning product in the house! We pay a lot and we should be treated well!

The location couldnt be more perfect

Kitchen was well equipt more oven trays and utensils Upstairs neighbour is a ‘loud walker’ kept us up alot
