Easy to locate, from train station to destination. Excellent place to rest and retreat and very good facilities.

Stairs to attic quite steep but good bedroom.

Claire and Maurizio were super helpful when I had a difficult day with my purse stolen and my little dog ill. They did everything they could to help. The Annexe is well equipped and comfortable.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Host was very helpful sorting the trip switch on the electricity, and showing us how to set up the sofa bed. Our dogs were made very welcome. Host was friendly and approachable.

Mezzanine was a bit tricky to negotiate (up a ladder) and ceiling was rather low.

The owners were very welcoming and explained thoroughly how things worked. The accommodation was so clean and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly.
