- modern, - great place to work - two tables and fast, stable internet, - large balcony, - cafes, bakeries, markets nearby, - rather safe location, - good contact with the owner, - google assistant, Spotify, HBO MAX.

- Quite high stairs - the apartment is not for old or disabled people.
