Very clean and spacious. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The owners are a family who live below and we had a slight problem with the lock in a room, they were so quick to help us sort the issue out and apologised so much they even bought us some chocolate over to say sorry even though it was the smallest inconvenience for us. Would certainly recommend the property to anybody 😊

A little far away from town but tram is easily accessible only 5minute walk away 🙏

Location very good with free private parking. Apartment itself is spotless clean and very modern. Nice terrace. Area is very safe.

No such thing

Inside the apartment everything looks very new, it was just like the photos, clean and organised. The staff was really helpful and nice. It has an incredible TV and the kitchen has everything you need.

There are a lot of spiders net at the entrance roof, it would be nice to clean it. But overall, the places its great.

Really nice, big and clean studio. Loved the terrace, and the small kitchen was very useful.

It's not a great location, nothing exciting very close by.

the ac was greatly appreciated, the apartment was literally perfect, very modern and clean, we can’t believe how little we paid for it ! also the owner greats you with little attentions that make all the difference. definitely worth it!

the only thing was the location, even though it’s 20min away from the center in public transportation (which is totally fine), it was a bit scary at night

Everything was great. Appropriate price per value. Nice little studio with a decently stocked kitchen (some things were low or empty, but we were there for only 2 nights, so it did not bother us too much). The airconditioning was working very well, everything was clean.

A suggestion if you go to the studio by public transport: take trams 4, 5, 14 and 17 (and not 9 or 12) as the walk to the studio is better from the stop Vjesnik than Trešnjevački trg. But it was just our preference - nothing bad about the other.
