Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und Fenster und Türen von guter Qualität. Es gibt viele Teller, Schüsseln, Gläser Die Lage ist sehr gut - 5 Minuten zur Bahn in die Innenstadt und 2 Minuten zum Supermarkt, eine m Café und einem guten Italiener.

Allgemein wird wenig in Instandhaltung investiert. Türgriffe sind beinahe kaputt. Das Türschloss in die Wohnung geht sehr schwer und man muss jedes Mal länger wackeln bis der Schlüssel ins Schloss geht. Das Bad hat kein Fenster und der Abzug geht nicht Der Sieb bei dem Bidet ist so verdreckt, dass kaum Wasser durchkommt - außerdem wurde fälschlicherweise nur Heißwasser angeschlossen, sodass man sich verbrennt. Der Kühlschrank ist sauber, aber erste Teile sind defekt. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine - wir hatten extra Kaffeepulver dabei. Es gibt nur ein scharfes Messer, also weder ein Brotmesser, noch Messer für Gemüse, ... In die Badewanne einzusteigen ist schwer für ältere Personen, weil es keinen Griff gibt und der Schritt besonders hoch ist. Die Waschmaschine war voll mit Handtüchern

Preljubazni domaćini, dostupni stalno, apartman kao nov, sve potrebno u blizini, veliki parking. Izvrstan izbor za boravak u zapadnom dijelu grada.

Že takoj ob prvem stiku z gostiteljem smo vedeli, da smo izbrali pravo nastanitev. Sprejem in komunikacija sta bila izjemno topla in profesionalna. Pred prihodom smo prejeli zelo jasna in natančna navodila, tako da je bil dostop do apartmaja popolnoma enostaven. Sam apartma nas je navdušil – izjemno čist, dišeč in vrhunsko opremljen. Lastniki so mislili na vsako malenkost, zato smo se počutili kot doma. Vse pohvale, komaj čakam, da se vrnemo!
