The apartment was not clean (dust on the headboard, in the bathroom, black in the corners of the kitchen), the shower stand was broken, the kitchen counter was damaged and crooked, we were greeted by a running machine that washed the clothes...

Our stay was good overall. Communication with the host was clear and timely, with easy check-in instructions. The only small thing I noticed is that the apartment listed a coffee machine, but there was only a kettle, so it’s best to bring your own coffee, or visit the nice café in the next building. That was a lifesaver since we arrived on a Sunday when the nearby markets were closed. The tram station is also close, and it goes directly to Ban Jelačić Square, making it easy to get around the city.
