Looks good, all IKEA all furniture, quite new. The owner was great, he tried to make the most of our stay and was really trying to fix a situation related to the cleaning staff. We really appreciate the fact that he offered us different options in order to mitigate a situation that was out in f his control.

So, this was a 9.2 rated facility which they proudly presented on the living area! In my opinion when the property has such a high rate i am expecting : 1. The FAN in a no window bathroom to work! A shower with the bathroom door closed was quite a challenge in terms of air to breathe. 2. All the interior walls were drywall made but no sound proofing, meaning you were able to hear everything between rooms. Not a major issue but still for a 9.2 rated appt … 3. The room doors - really cheap and thin. Again, as above… 4. The lock of the main door of the property to work! My wife was not able to open the door, for me it was also difficult, say if you’re more tech inclined person you’ll figure it out. 5. The initial instructions to be sent using an international spoken language (were send in the local language, of course not a big Iisuse if you are used with the modern technology online translation tools) yet again I am offering this review considering the rate on Booking.

cleanliness and flexible check-in and check-out time Also one extra bed instead of sofa bed was really convenient. The apartment was family friendly.

Location.

It was dirty, bed was squeaky, bathroom wasn't cleaned, there was people's pubic hairs all over toilet seat and rest of the bathroom. I have some pictures, but they are so disguisting I would rather not post them.
