Ukratko, sve je bilo super, lokacija je vrlo dobra, do centra grada direktan autobus (stanica je udaljen 10 minuta pješice, a odmah pored je i tramvajska stanica). Također u blizini( 10 min.) se nalazi i shopping centr.

Čisto, lepo opremljeno, 7 nadstropje, mirna soseska, trgovina v bližini, parkirišče na voljo, 2 spalnici, klima, kavni aparat, wi-fi, TV, balkon, komunikacija hitra, dvigalo, opremljena kuhinja. Slike realne. Od centra mesta oddaljeno cca 4 km.

Boravak u ovom smještaju bio je izrazito razočaravajući i daleko ispod očekivanja. Već pri dolasku osjetio se iznimno jak i neugodan miris iz kupaonice, voda u tušu nije pravilno otjecala. Čistoća objekta je na vrlo niskoj razini. Kuhinja nije bila oprana, frižider je bio prljav, a posuđe nečisto i neupotrebljivo bez prethodnog pranja. Fotografije na oglasu daju znatno bolji dojam nego što je stvarno stanje – smještaj u stvarnosti izgleda puno lošije i zapuštenije. Ispred ulaznih vrata je kamera koje se aktivira na pokret, sto zaštitu privatnosti dovodi u veliko pitanje. S obzirom na sve navedeno, cijena je apsolutno previsoka i ne odgovara kvaliteti koju ovaj smještaj nudi.

Odlicno opremljen stan, jako prostrano i ugodno. Diana je bila uvijek na raspolaganju za bilo kakva pitanja. Definitivno bi se opet vratili!!

Top Apartment sehr schöne Ausstattung gemütliche Betten Sehr sauber und gute Küche mit Kaffeemaschine 👌 Super Lage, Alles in der Nähe was man braucht Sehr empfehlenswert und würden wieder kommen!
