Coimbra Holiday Residence

I proprietari sono stati molto scorretti a seguito di un malfunzionamento del tastierino d’ingresso (guastato da altri ospiti).

Estaba muy céntrico y había fácil aparcamiento en zona libre de pago. Además el apartamento, aunque era muy pequeñito, estaba bastante bien equipado, lo único que la ropa no secaba al ser todo interior, y al ser un bajo tampoco podías dejar las ventanas abiertas.

Qué era un bajo.

Le propriétaire n’a tout d’abord jamais répondu à nos questions envoyées via la messagerie Booking. Il n’y a pas de machine à laver. L’établissement est mal isolé : on entend beaucoup les voisins, et le quartier est bruyant. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas correctement. La terrasse, petite et sale, possède un sol en verre peu pratique. Pour le stationnement, il vaut mieux arriver tôt le soir car il y a peu de places à proximité ; sinon, il faut se garer plus loin.

Não ter acesso ao alojamento na hora combinada. Não conseguir entrar em contacto com os anfitriões da habitação. Esperar imenso tempo para poder entrar na habitação. O cheiro a esgoto dentro dos aposentos.

Unfortunately, my stay was not very pleasant. The internet was unstable, making it hard to get a phone call done. The place was not clean—there was visible dust under the bed, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. It also lacked comfort, and despite requesting a crib in advance, it was not provided. I would not recommend this property unless improvements are made. Communication with the owner could have been better. Responses were delayed, which made it a bit difficult to coordinate plans.

Easy access to the town gardens and nieces home

Totally down to me, but would have liked outdoor patio or balcony

The apartment is well located and accommodated my family well (2 adults and 2 children). The windows in the bedroom insulated the light and sound well, and the air conditioning in the living room cooled the room as well. We had no problem parking the car on the street.

Some utensils are missing from the kitchen and one of the living room windows doesn't insulate the light well.
