Coimbra Holiday Residence

Great location easy access by walk to every „must see stuff“ in Coimbra. Nice and clean, good communication with the host.

Location was great and apartment roomy and clean. Cooking facilities and a sink. Bathroom clean.

It was stated that toiletries were provided and they weren't. At least hand soap in the bathroom would be useful.

Location; water pressure + hot water; cleanliness

No real windows. Only small skylight windows in ceiling looking upwards. Bedroom a bit tight and not enough space to open wardrobe doors on one side.

The apartment is very modern and located within abut ten minutes to the city center and the important sights such as the university

When we came to the apartment, there were problems with the door that would not open from inside. They sent someone to repair it quickly, but it took quite some time to fix it. Ultimately it worked out, but spending about two hours not knowing whether we could really stay in the apartment was an uncomfortable experience.

It was close enough to walk to downtown area but far enough that it was quiet at night. It also has a full kitchen so we could enjoy a couple of chill meals in.

the heating unit is in the living room which made it a little hard to heat up the bedroom (we stayed in the winter). we had to crank the heat for a while so the bedroom was a comfortable temperature.
