Piękna kamienica. Bardzo przestronne mieszkanko z jedną sypialnią. Meble tanie i nieco zużyte (zwłaszcza kanapy odstraszają). Łazienka bez żadnego szału. Czystość 7/10. Lokalizacja znakomita.

Duza ilosc lamp bez zarowek, przydaly by sie rolety w oknach, zlamany kran pod prysznicem, 1 rolka papieru na 3 dni, przydaloby sie duze sprzatanie bo ilosc kurzu na szafce kuchennej przeraza.

Ogromny plus za lokalizacje. Cicha spokojna kamienica, okolica. Czysto. Wszystko czego potrzebowałem było na miejscu. Wygodne łóżka!

Brak zasłon w dwóch oknach w salonie - przydałoby się, bo śpiąc w salonie szybko się robi jasno, zwłaszcza w okresie letnim. Pod prysznicem odpływ nie daje trochę rady z odprowadzaniem wody, i wypływa na łazienkę.

"Choć krótki i intensywny, to jednak bardzo przyjemny pobyt w świetnej lokalizacji."

Idealna lokalizacja, spokój i cisza, urokliwa kamienica i podwórko, pięknie odrestaurowana klasyka schodowa. Można było przez moment poczuć się lokalnie, jak Warszawianka. Bliskość kawiarni na poranną kawę dopełniała całości odczuć. Jeśli będę wracać do Warszawy, to na pewno na Wilczą 22.
