Fortamu - Tembo House

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, gepflegt etwas nördlich des "Zentrums" mit offener Bauweise (abschliessbare Türen sind nur für die Schlafzimmer) und Blick auf einen der Pools. Die Unterkunft bietet extrem viel Platz zum "herumlungern" und die Duschen sind sehr gut, alles ist keine 150m vom Strand entfernt. Auf Wunsch kann man sich von Ziro bekochen lassen oder in eines der vielen Lokale im Stadtkern oder Strand besuchen, es wird jeden Tag von Amina geputzt. Die Anlage bietet mehrere Salzwasserpools mit ausreichend Liegen und ist sehr gepfegt, ich würde schätzen das nie mehr als 60-80 Personen in der Anlage sind, die Schlangenfarm ist theoretisch fussläufig gut erreichbar.

Die 200 Meter Zufahrtstrasse ist nicht gerichtet, man hoppelt im Schritttempo bis zur ummauerten Anlage. Ich hatte leider den Hinweis übersehen, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, nur Ventilatoren die bei 28 Grad nachts leider nicht viel Abkühlung schaffen. Meine Familie bemängelte, das es in den Zimmern nach Toilette roch. Obwohl viel Personal in der Anlage ist, gibt es nach meinem Wissen keine Bar oder Restaurant in der Anlage, man kann sich nicht einfach Getränke oder Essen bestellen oder kaufen. Es gibt zwar direkt neben der Anlage mehrere Bars/Lokale, aber bestellen war nicht sehr niederschwellig: Entweder es gab keine Karte ("was möchten sie, ich bereite ihnen alles zu") oder es gab keine Preise auf der Karte. Obwohl angeblich Hochsaison habe ich nie jemanden dort essen oder trinken sehen. Grundsätzlich ist der Strand deutlich dreckiger als die Anlage, wenn man im Meer schwimmen möchte, muss man dennoch eine Weile hinaus laufen.

Struttura ampia, moderna, ben arredata e comoda. Bravissimo lo chef Ziro e la housekeeper che ci hanno cucinato in modo splendido.

Purtroppo non si può fare un passo fuori dalla struttura che si è assaliti da beach boys petulanti e anche aggressivi, che ti inseguono e non ti lasciano in pace, hanno anche dato fastidio alle donne toccandole spalle e capelli, quindi la spiaggia è pressoché inaccessibile perché non ti danno tregua. Abbiamo preso un tuktuk verso spiagge con la polizia che manda via i beach boys.

Tutto perfetto da ripetere

Tout ! L emplacement, la déco hyper soignée, les talents de cuisinier et la gentillesse de Ziro, la réactivité et l amabilité d Isabella, la beauté et l entretien parfait des piscines et du jardin, la plage magnifique... Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve, encore merci pour tout !

La wifi un peu lente mais c est vraiment anecdotique

La casa è molto accogliente: ha una zona giorno bellissima, due camere da letto comode con bagno privato per ogni camera, di fronte casa una piscina per bambini e una per adulti. Più avanti un’altra piscina più grande e poi la Spiaggia privata prima di arrivare sul mare, che è veramente suggestivo durante la bassa marea. Ma il top è Ziro che prepara i pasti in cucina ed è molto bravo ed educato, ci ha soddisfatto in ogni nostra richiesta. Una nota di merito anche ad Amina che è la ragazza che si occupa delle pulizie della casa. Insomma veramente una vacanza bellissima.

Unica cosa negativa WI-FI lento.

The property is located in a super nice and calm area of Fortamu, with only other few houses in the same compound. The stylish house is really comfortable, with all the necessary. The two pools and the beach are great. Overall, it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean vibes. Ziro and Amina are amazing! Best cook and housekeeper ever...they cooked for us delicious lobster and octopus in great quantity.

Maybe the only thing that can be improved is the arranged transfer from the airport: it is slightly more expensive in comparison with other alternatives.

Everything, the staff was very helpful and patient. The place is clean and location 👌 perfect. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Security is top and the host Isabella really a darling, always ready to help and always reachable. It's really worth the money and even more. Would definitely stay here during my next visit
