Property was in the centre of Lower town, close to many shops, bars and restaurants.This area is pedestrianised, so approx 5 mins walk with luggage from nearest possible taxi drop off. Apartment was very clean and bright. Communication by host was excellent, easy to follow instructions sent with photos. Good value for its location, and plenty of space for us as a group of 5.

We were aware of the stairs, but bathroom was not as pictured- the shower cubicle had no doors at all, and the upper frame was broken, resulting in effectively a completely open air shower experience with water going all over.The toilet door had no lock, and didn’t close easily. The bathroom door also had no lock.The single bedroom was very bright in the mornings as it has a glass/ Perspex roof - pigeons walking about above made it rather noisy.

Location is just awesome. Everything is just around. Host was perfect, and let us for check in earlier, and upon check out to leave our luggage longer. Highly recommended place.

Location was excellent and apartment spacious, comfortable, bright, clean and warm.

No lift which was difficult with luggage to get to 5th floor. A few things needed repair, dishwasher, plug of kettle, lights, velux window, curtain pole, jacuzzi jets, etc. In a pedestrian area so no taxi or public transport can drop or collect from the apartment.

The apartment was huge, warm and was tastefully decorated, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like home. The location cannot be beaten, 2 minutes from the main square and trams, and 5 minutes from 'Beer Street' and the Old Town. There are a host of great bars and places to eat right on the doorstep. Extra marks for a huge jacuzzi bath! The host was quick to answer extra questions and flexible with the checking out time at no extra cost.

The apartment would not be suitable for people with limited mobility or who cannot handle stairs, as it was on the 5th floor of a tall old building with no other method of getting up.

The living space is great, 2 of the bedrooms are good, the beds are comfy. The location is great if you want to be right in the centre of things.

The third bedroom really couldn't be used as a bedroom. It has a glass ceiling, no way to block the light, so it gets very warm and you can't sleep in there. Plus the birds on the roof are noisy because it's glass. Could not use the third bedroom at all.

Great location, close to the old town and middle in the city center, many restaurants and bars just outside the door. Even though the apartment is in the middle of bars and restaurants it is quiet, the windows are facing the courtyard so you don'hear any disturbing noise.

The cleaning could have been better, and i had to remind them to give me the check-in instructions. But the host was very helpfull and quick to response, everything went well.

We did not receive breakfast. Excellent location.

Extremely difficult to find the apartment. I was given a pin but we eventually found the key under the mat

Location is perfect. Flat is huge with spacious living room. Aircon.

Washing machine was not working and the top floor may be a challenge for kids after full day of sightseeing.
