The location is rated 10+. The apartment is very nice, small but it is well kept, clean, quiet, and nice for visiting Alghero. The host has a bottle of wine and big bottle of beer and water in the fridge for the guest. I don't drink alcohol, but it's a nice welcome gift for guests. The kitchen had everything you'd need to make a meal. Being a New Yorker, I also appreciated the Keith Harring Art in the apartment, a beloved NYC artist who died way to soon. The host communications with me were professional prompt and very helpful. The host was unable to meet me at apartment but sent a friend of his and he was great, informative, helpful and as Italians usually are very warm and friendly. I loved the town too, and its people. Shoulder season so still quite a few tourists, but not overwhelming the locals who were really nice, welcoming, and easy to talk too. I would definitely come back

The floor of the shower is very, very, very slippery. The apt should have a rubber mat for showering. The ladder to the bed loft area is very steep, nothing you can do about that. But for older people it can be a little rough going up and down. The bed was really comfortable, but I would move it, so the head of the bed was located where the ceiling was the highest, not the lowest. The ceiling so low where my head was a little weird. Of course there may be a reason for the placement, and I could've just slept with my feet at the low ceiling end of the bed but then there would be no access to the side table lamp. One last thing, there's no city view. The one window in apartment looks at the wall of the building across the very narrow street, so the view is of the wall of that building not of the city. Maybe the upstairs apartment has a view, but it seems as though the building is not high enough to have city views. I did not choose the apartment for the views, I choose for location, which is a 10, so no big deal. All these things were ok, it's an old historic building so there's always minor inconveniences to deal with, and I did not think any of these things affected by stay in a really negative way. I would stay again. But I would get a rubber mat for the shower.

Ubytovanie bolo čisté. V chladničke nás po príchode čakalo pivko, víno a voda, čo nám veľmi dobre padlo. Hostiteľ bol veľmi milý. Po zavretí okna a spustení klímy, hluk z vonku nebol počuť keďže ubytovanie je na rušnejšej ulici. Výborná lokalita v centre historického mesta, kde človek prakticky otvorí dvere, prejde pár metrov a je pri hradbách či v očarujúcich uličkách. Pobyt hodnotíme veľmi pozitívne.

K dokonalosti chýba už len terasa kde by sme si vychutnali rannú kávu ci večerné vínko, ale samozrejme to sme vedeli už vopred že to nie je takže to nedávame ako mínus 😉 no samozrejme človek to “pociti” až potom 😂

Este alojamiento es maravilloso, pudimos contar con un detalle de bienvenida. El alojamiento es precioso y esta perfectamente equipado. Agradecimos mucho poder disponer de una sombrilla para llevar a la playa.
