Excellent location and value for money. Franco gave us excellent recommendations for Alghero and was very informative.

The roof upstairs where the bed is located was very low, resulted in hitting our heads a couple of times

The location right on the water was amazing — peaceful, scenic, in the old town and right next to beaches. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and incredibly well equipped, even with thoughtful extras like a beach umbrella and welcome snacks. The host was kind, responsive, and gave me great local tips that made my stay even better. Everything was comfortable and well thought out — we truly felt at home. Marco personally met me and took the time to show me how all the parts of the appartment functioned. The first of 10+ appartments I’ve stayed in on this trip. There was construction outside of the appartment and Marco personally made sure there was no interruption to the peace and quiet and checked in with me to make sure this didn’t change. He went above and beyond and I’d be more than happy to recommend the appartment to anyone who wants a high quality, excellent value, appartment to stay in while in Alghero

Location was great, next to the sea and in the old town. Apartment was exactly as described , and perfectly suited are stay. We would definitely return .

Nothing, everything adequate for are stay

Everything! The location was excellent, you step out of the building and you are walking along the old city walls, next to the sea, full of restaurants an amazing view. The host was very kind and the apartment had everything, we needed. I would stay again!

We could check in after midnight. It's refurbished and really comfy. Nice aircon. Franco the owner was really helpful and shared some hints about the city, restaurants etc. It's located in the city centre so next to all important tourist attractions and the port.

Lack of storage room. A bit noisy overnight (it's located on the ground floor, some bars nearby) if you decide to leave the window open.

Very nice apartment on wonderfull place just at the sea and old town with helpfull owner. Interesting solution of old house with upstairs bed and modern furniture. We had everythink we need for a week long christmas stay, even equiped kitchen and large discography of CDs. You can just take your glas of wine and walk few steps to the seaside-promenade. Perfect place for us.
