The location is very good on a typical medieval street in the old town. There is a fun and popular pizza place at the end of street along with a few bars and fish restaurants. We didn't find the stairs that difficult, even with luggage. The A/C works very well and bathroom is recently refurbished. There were some extras, umbrellas, beach mats, and pantry basics. With the windows closed it was very quiet and cozy. The host gives you a great map with his own recommendations and he is very warm and easy to talk to. We expressed some discomfort with the very flat pillows in the bedroom and he showed up with some brand new pillows for us! The view at the top is amazing with two of the most famous bell towers and the the dome in perfect view. We found free parking every evening by the port and it was about a pleasant 15 minute walk.

The owner Fabio was very welcoming and attentive. Location was excellent for old town atmosphere and close enough for everything else. Groceries, beaches,bus stops. Short drive to more beaches. The apartment was very clean and equipped. The terrace was great.

Paid city parking was a fairly long distance. Especially for heavy luggage. The head room in bedroom is low. Overall an amazing experience.

Niente di negativo, tutto perfetto I cuscini non comodissimi ma è anche una questione di gusti
