AUEttore was helpful with getting us parking in the best spot and making recommendations for activities. The location was very central to pretty much everything in Bellano. First spot I stayed sirh a bathtub which was a treat!
Things in the property will quite run down but basics were covered. The location was noisy overlooking the ferry terminal and Main Street. The motorcycle sounds meant you could not really keep the window open. Wifi was sketchy at best but was told that is fyi Al for the lake in general.

AUGreat location close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Also short walk to ferry boat to visit other towns on Lake Como. Good facilities and the fold down bed is very comfortable.
Would be great if they provided iron and ironing board. No ironing facilities.
AUThe property was in a perfect location, across the road from the ferry terminal and close to waterfront restaurants and supermarkets. Ettore, the host, was very helpful and easily contactable. This was a wonderful place to stay as a couple.

AULocation was fantastic. Overall beautiful and charming. Many excellent restaurants. Accessible to port.
Parking difficult. Wifi unreliable. Tours on the lake way too expensive - not the fault of the accommodation of course.
AUIl Pontile in Bellano was the perfect base to explore the beautiful Lake Como area. With the Ferry terminal a short distance away, we were able to visit a some other lakeside towns. Bellano was also the perfect base for a train trip to Tirano for the Bernina express. We also enjoyed a visit to the Orrido Gorge, a short 7 minute walk from the apartment. The large bed was exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen facilities had everything we needed. Ettore was a great host, available to answer any questions.
