Very clean and spacious. Very nice helpful host. Well equipped apartment.

Shower didn’t stay hot for too long. Location was fine for us as a young couple but still took just over 20 minutes to walk to the town. As mentioned by others, there is a fast road directly on the building doorstep and part of the walk into town has no footpath. Also no curtains, just netted blinds. We solved by suing a blanket on the rail.

Very nice and clean apartment it had everything we needed. Right across a small and cozy beach . Our host Giovani is an incredible young man ,who is running his business very professionally. Everything we asked was done very quickly , including pick up and drop off to the train station . I highly recommend this place . Giovani thank you for outstanding service!

The apartment was very clean with everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the lake. Giovanni collected us from the train station and brought us to the apartment. Luca gave us a lift back to the train station on the last day. All in all a great week in Lake Como

Giovanni was a great host. Communication was excellent. He met us and gave us a lift from the train station for a very reasonable charge, and welcomed us into the apartment, explaining everything well. We were in a one bedroom, second floor apartment which was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet, with nice personal touches like pictures and ornaments etc, and the added benefit of a small balcony. On leaving, Giovanni's brother Luca took us back to the station, and after we left a bag in the car, he rushed it back so we didn't miss our train, and wouldn't accept any extra payment. Great personal service that saved us a from a potentially big problem.

One thing to be aware of, the main entrance door to the property opens straight onto a quite busy road, about 50m before the pavement starts and a 10-15 minute walk into Bellano, which we knew beforehand, so wasn't a problem for us.

The flat is in a perfect location: almost right at the lake, under the window there's a river. The view from the balcony was awesome while having the morning coffee. The place was quiet and very nice. We loved our stay there.

You must be very careful when walking out the front door - you step right into the street and there might be a fast car coming your way. Other than that - no complaints whatsoever.
