"Good place to stay."

Friendly owners. Well maintained apparent at a good price.

The floor was a bit dirty and it is difficult to get to downtown on foot. Parking may be an adventure. One should have a car.

loved the beach for swimming just across the road. good parking there too. great communication from the owner. good facilities

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the apartment was a bit dark, but otherwise it was good. a bit of a walk into town and a bit scary at times. it was easier to eat at home each night

"Loved it, would go again."

Luca picked us up and showed us what to do in the city. Very hospitable. Told us recommended place to eat and ate one of the best Tiramisu ever. The facilities are great, big spaces for two. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. One of the best hikes starts very close from the location.

The balcony wasn't really useable as we have an air conditioning system blowing cold winds every time we want to enjoy it.

"Enjoyable Lakeside stay!"

The apartment was super clean and we had a lovely balcony with a lake side view on one end and a waterfall on the other. It has been well refurbished. Luca was great , very helpful, always on hand to answer questions and picked us up and dropped us back to the station. I understand one will be out in this year. Easy to walk into Bellano with a good choice of bars and restaurants and a Ferry stop to visit rest of the Lake.

A small oven/grill would have been great or at least a toaster. Not Lucas fault, but part of walk into town doesn't have a pavement which can feel a bit hairy at times.

Great location, very close to everything you need if you would like to discover Como! The flat is super nice, new & absolutely clean! Lovely balcony and views!The host is very helpful and friendly! Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!
