Rewelacyjne położenie na starym, górnym mieście. Idealne do spędzania czasu w klimatycznym miejscu, a jednocześnie dobrze skomunikowane z innymi. Blisko liczne kawiarnie, restauracje.

Słabo urządzona kuchnia, brak kontaktu na czajnik, brak blatu roboczego. Najbardziej denerwujące było kapanie z wszelkich możliwych kranów i spłuczki- bardzo odczuwalne w nocy.
