A nice apartment in a stone throw away of piazza with funicular. It’s very comfortable to live of you are ready to pay a bit more in the small groceries along Via Gambino / Colleoni running through the old town. The apartment has no air conditioner, but there is usually fresh air in the top of the hill even in midsummer.

Not everything is well with the dishes in the apartment. There is no spatula for a pan. The frying pans are old, although they work quite well. In the shower cabin everything is very modest, no shelf for shampoo. Household trifles are OK, but the Wi-Fi could be better. At some point it stopped working at all, and I had to share the Internet from my phone during the conference.

The kitchen was not properly equipped there was not any instruction how to use the kitchen

The location is its strongest point, close to every attraction and surrounded by many restaurants.

Bit of old fashioned,

The host is incredible, he’s always immediatley available and answered every question I had and he is very kind. The home itself is also perfect, it’s perfectly located and very easy walking distance to absolutely everything. It had everything we needed to make meals, it was quiet, and it’s comfortable. Thank you for such a wonderful home in Bergamo!

The only thing I liked about this place was the location. It is brilliantly placed for the old town. I suppose the ease of checking in was good as I received a WhatsApp the day before with a code for the key.

This apartment didn't look like it had a good clean in a while. The shower was filthy, the kitchen was full of damp and the layout of the furniture was strange as the bed is by the window which holds condensation. As you have no bed rest I put the other pillow behind it and it gets wet. Also the plug in the kitchen looks potentially dangerous to me. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. I made an error when booking as I missed a night so had to cancel my other accommodation to book this, I really wish I spent a little more money to get somewhere nicer. If all you care about is location and not comfort, this is ok but if you like comfort then look elsewhere. I've stayed in cleaner hostels than this.

the location was excellent

we did not have a sofa like was shown in the photo.there was an extra double bed in the room instead so it was not comfortable to sit on dining chairs all the time.the apartment was quite dark as you couldn't open curtains as you were completely overlooked.it was on ground floor.
