We stayed two nights in this apartment and were really happy about everything! First of all, it was easy to find it late in the evening, and in general the location was excellent! The host replied quickly and politely to our messages.

Bus station within 5 min walk, supermarket also similarly, probably anything you would like to see in Bergamo is within 20 min walk/bus ride. The host fixed broken AC during our stay, which we appreciated.

The accommodation was a lovely little nest for spending one night between our flights. For a longer stay, we probably would have missed having a small coffee table in front of the sofa and an extra blanket. The location was excellent – everything we needed was just a short walk away.

We were a bit confused at first about whether we were at the right building and where exactly we were supposed to stay. But once we reached the inner courtyard, things started to make more sense. First, we tried to find the key box and then figure out which door to enter through. We were also quite tired, but once we read the instructions more carefully and asked some people in the courtyard for help, we managed to get to the room just fine.

great location, the apartment has everything you need, washing machine, cooking utensils. The hostess was welcoming and always ready to communicate.

The owner was incredibly helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and promptly answering all our questions before our arrival. She also checked in with us from time to time to ensure we had everything we needed and were satisfied with the apartment. The location is excellent—close to the city center and the train station, with plenty of bakeries just a few minutes away. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and more.

We personally had no issues with this, but it's worth noting—the bed is spacious and very comfortable, but accessing it requires climbing a few narrow stairs. This might not be ideal for older individuals or anyone who has difficulty with stairs. That said, there is also a conveniently accessible clic-clac sofa bed, which is comfortable enough for a good night's rest.
