We stayed in the apartment for one night. Our flight arrived late due to a delay, but the hospitality of the host, Kristina, and the apartment’s close proximity to the airport immediately relieved the fatigue from the late arrival. Kristina was very pleasant to communicate with—she reached out to me on WhatsApp the day before, explained how to get there, and was genuinely concerned that we would have no trouble checking in, even though she had already sent us detailed instructions in advance. The apartment has everything one might need, even for a long stay. Every centimeter is thoughtfully designed, and the interior is both stylish and atmospheric. In my opinion, the organization of the space is simply outstanding! My family and I were delighted not only with Kristina’s hospitality but also with the apartment itself. Thank you so much!

Dishwashing liquid was missing which way the key to keep the dishes clean for couple of days. No other issues noticed

Upon entering the apartment, we noticed straight away it was different from the photos. The sofa was completely different (which was dirty). There were no rugs as shown in the picture, so the floor was very cold to stand on without shoes. The apartment didn't have enough blankets to keep us warm and was very cold even with the heating on full but in messages we were indirectly called liars as she said she had been in (without asking) and it was hot... this was untrue as we were in at this moment in time, and nobody came inside, but she still didn't listen to us or believe us how cold it was.. we only wanted a blanket as one person, being 80 years old, needs to stay warm, after more than 24 hours it warmed up. The bed up the stairs could not be used, not only was it covered in blood stains but the stairs to get to it are a health an safety hazard as there is no rail to hold and were slightly wobbly, the steps are varnished so very slippy, so one of us was on the floor and the other on the sofa! It was very uncomfortable, we have barely slept, and both have really bad aching backs as the sofa was also not suitable to sleep on with being so hard (not the same one as the picture). The bathroom is grubby with dirty walls, etc.  All the handle areas are black with dirt. The flush button for the toilet is loose. Sockets hanging out the wall (Internet cables, etc) The owner states in the description how it's soundproofed, which is also false as you can hear every single noise from above,below, and surrounding.. very noisy on a night and day, making it very difficult to get a quiet night's rest anyway. I have gone through the reviews and noticed how a few have spoken truths about the apartment. Those reviews are very honest. It is not safe to walk around here at night, and for that reason, we were in before dark.. the whole stay has been nothing but disappointing and ruined what we thought would be a lovely few days here.

Photos are much better than the real apartment. Conditioning- awful, works very loud, seemed that it will broke any minute. On the second floor is very hot with all conditioning, no air. Very dirty. I've never seen in any apartment before that dish sponge is used, dirty, the plates and cups are dirty.

Close to city centre and train station. It was at a good location. Clean and tidy. Responsive and communicating host.

This is actually a very small studio apartment furnished into a two bed stay. We had a single night stay so it wasn't too bad, but I can't think of staying there more than that. Very tight and not really suitable for groups of 3 or more. The AC was not working properly and it was too hot during our stay. It was too late to call the host and she later told me that it needed to be reset, something common with particular Italian AC units.
